Bizway

Bizway is a managed orchestration layer that sits on top of OpenAI o1-preview / o1-mini and GPT-4o. The platform handles prompt templating, vector storage for uploaded documents, stateful job execution and deterministic scheduling. Every agent is defined by three primitives:

• Knowledge Base: A vectorized collection of Docs, Notion pages, Airtable bases or live connectors (GA4, Stripe, YouTube, Beehiiv). Retrieval is hybrid—dense embeddings plus keyword scoring—to ensure brand voice and factual accuracy.
• Skill Blocks: No-code modules such as “Generate Text,” “Generate Image,” “Call URL,” “Loop over List,” “Create Chart,” “Send Email.” Blocks can be chained into conditional workflows; variables flow between steps automatically.
• Memory & Feedback Loop: After each job the user can up-vote, down-vote or leave sentence-level feedback. The system stores an embedding of the feedback alongside the job trace, biasing future runs toward higher-rated paths.

Agents run on serverless infrastructure; usage is metered in “credits” where one credit roughly equals one GPT-4o call plus ancillary compute. Schedules are stored as cron-like triggers that wake the container only when needed, keeping costs low for sporadic jobs.
